WYSE is an international charity providing education and training to emerging leaders, supporting them to make the world a better place. Created in 1988, WYSE has worked with thousands of young people from over 110 countries.
Our leadership development programmes are delivered by skilled and highly experienced professionals from psychological, educational, creative, business and leadership backgrounds. They deliver a range of successful and sought-after leadership and development programmes in the public and private sectors and are inspired to give their time on a pro-bono basis to support emerging leaders through WYSE.
We receive approximately 15 applications for every available place. Applicants are accepted on the basis of their readiness for the programme and their potential to effectively apply their learning.
We have created an active alumni network and provide ongoing support to participants in the form of a 6-month coaching programme to help them to sustain their learning and make positive, innovative and lasting change in their communities.
