Now a day’s technology was highly advanced and many of human being’s problems are solved and simplified. Health related technologies are those get more attention especially first aid technologies in an emergency case. The main aim of an effective pre hospital first aid emergency medical machine should be to provide universal emergency care along with assured quality in an emergency case. However, in developing countries like Ethiopia there is no more first aid medical machine exists in an ambulance, on train or other place where people far from hospital or other health service center. As a result, many people lose their life before they reach hospital in an emergency case. This is why such common and important essential pre-hospital equipment in all types of emergencies being served get attention to be designed. In order to overcome this problem multi-purpose pre hospital first aid medical machine is important in emergency case and has contribution to reducing avoidable death and disability.
