My name is Alice and I work in projects related to social innovation and social business, aiming to bring some change to the way things are done. I am deeply driven by the causes I believe in and I am very aware about my part in making it all happen. The WYSE Program has worked in my life as a vehicle of transformation, being a source of inspiration and motivation. I have learned during WYSE that leadership is not about being on the top, but about knowing how to transform a group of individuals with no previous connection into a team that believes in its own power and will.
