Agata Sivokhin
London, United Kingdom
After graduating from Cass Business School and attending WYSE ILP in 2012 I followed my dream of building a business around my passion. I am now running Dance and the City - a London based Dance Company, which offers tuition, entertainment and corporate learning & development training.
In 2014 I’ve attended WYSE ALP, which encouraged and inspired me again to follow an even bigger dream – working on a positive social change and a more balanced world. To me WYSE is a foundation to build my dreams and goals upon. I would love to invite and support more remarkable participants on a WYSE Journey.

WYSE has provided me with a direction and a sense of hope that there are inspirational leaders in the world, and I strongly believe that WYSE is helping them make a difference.
I believe that the wonderful opportunity at WYSE should be openly shared and accessible to all. Hence I am more than happy to dedicate my time and effort to sharing the messages of WYSE.
Christoph Colling
Munich, Germany
I am a physician living in Munich with a special interest in holistic health care, including aspects of mindfulness and coaching.
In these times of transition with all the challenges we are facing on earth, I believe WYSE plays a key role in the process of change by empowering the young generation – the leaders of tomorrow – to create a world of synergy and co-creation in which everybody is able to express their full potential and are encouraged to play their unique role.
I am glad to be able to serve as a member of the WYSE family and do what I can to contribute to the process of creating a better future.
Dario Caregnato
Rome, Italy
I am a warrior. A peaceful warrior. I fight for evolution, my weapons are my brain and my empathy. Relentless, eclectic and curious, I work as a freelance trainer & consultant for both companies and individuals in digital marketing/project management. Many think teaching is about "putting new stuff inside people's mind". I prefer thinking that it's about inspiring them and showing them that a different life/job/point of view is possible. My job is opening and widening people's mind. WYSE made me realize so much about my own life and purpose that I would now love to help others do the same and become part of WYSE.
Eduardo García
Madrid, Spain
I studied architecture and currently work in a Technology company.
I have always thought in a global way, in everything I have done in my life. That way of thinking made me attend Wyse ILP in Italy, where I found a wider vision for everything in my life, about myself and about others. These 12 days were the most shocking, clarifying and productive days in my life. Now I have a lot more tools to be happier and to support others to be happier.
Ellie Willitts
London, United Kingdom
After a year travelling and experiencing the many diverse cultures of the world, I returned to London to study an MA in Global History. My interest in cultures and people led me to supplement this with the study of Spanish and Japanese languages.
My various life experiences have opened my eyes to the challenges that are faced globally, and I believe that WYSE is the key to getting young people to engage with those issues and contribute to real change in our world. WYSE teaches you how to believe in yourself and others, provides a strong point of motivation and a large network of support that can enable the future generation to make our world a better place. WYSE is a life changing experience that I would recommend to anyone!
Emma Rees
London, United Kingdom
My name is Emma and I am a teacher. As well as teaching in the UK, I have also been involved in numerous educational projects oversees.
Completing the WYSE International Leadership Programme, reinvigorated my passion and motivation to believe that a fairer, more harmonious world community is possible. It provided me with the necessary time and space to reflect on myself, my values and what leadership means to me. It equipped me with the skills and perspectives needed to make a positive impact in my local context, safe in the knowledge that all of my wonderful Wyse friends are also making positive impacts in their local areas too.
Gabriela Gonçalves Ferreira
Lisbon, Portugal
My name is Gabriela and I am Brazilian/Portuguese, currently living in Portugal and working in Human Resources. I am a writer who started writing after I attended WYSE as a way of being more aware of the world that is around and inside me.
I participated in the WYSE International Leadership Program in Brazil in January 2012. Attending this program made me strongly aware of the connections I have with people all over the world.
I believe every person can grow and discover the magic of being themselves during a WYSE program, and I invite you to be a part of this journey and connect with me to find out more.
Giulia Imbastoni
Italy
Giulia studied philosophy and currently works in human resources.
WYSE provided me with a chance to consider what was most important in my life and share this with the international learning community. The concept of servant leadership has inspired me to grow as a leader in a way that I believe in. I feel passionate about being an ambassador for WYSE as I want to give thanks for the experience I had and would like to extend this opportunity to other young people.
Greta Antonini
London, United Kingdom
I was born in Rome, Italy, and I have been living in London since 2009. After working in the charitable sector for about 4 years, I became keen to gain greater awareness about myself and my role in fighting global challenges. That is when WYSE came to the rescue! The program had an incredible impact on my self-esteem, focus, energy levels and my happiness in general as well as giving me direction to get involved in projects on sustainable consumption. I am currently working on a sustainable fashion project with an NGO in Argentina to gain experience in the field and work on my own project in the future. The ILP was a huge motivator for me and I believe every young person should have the opportunity to know about this course and have this incredible experience!
Lara Sibinelli

I am a Brazilian national, currently living in Copenhagen and working with Voluntas Advisory. I have built an expertise in M&E of humanitarian assistance programs and Private Equity investments in the Middle East and North Africa .
WYSE has been a key milestone on discovering myself and my own leadership style. This knowledge allows me to keep a deep sense of purpose on my every decision and make my actions much more impactful. I can advocate for the transformational experience that WYSE offers and I am excited to share my experience with prospective applicants. Reach out and welcome aboard!
Lia Maragou
Athens, Greece
My name is Lia and I am from Greece. I lived in the UK for about 8 years and in August 2010 decided to return to Athens. I am now working as a Counselling Psychologist and Psychotherapist.
I attended WYSE ILP a long time ago and found it a unique and unforgettable experience. I believe WYSE offers young people (and older ones too) the opportunity to explore themselves and their wishes for their lives and the world around them.
A few years later when I felt I needed a boost of WYSE energy I attended the Advanced programme. Another thing that makes me passionate about WYSE is that it is always there when you feel you need it!
WYSE brings together people that care about what happens in the world and wish to be part of it.
Ryan Clarke
London, United Kingdom
I am a 19 year old student who lives in London. I am of Caribbean origin, however I have lived in London for the entirety of my life. Currently, I study law at the University of Warwick. Aside from my studies I play saxophone and volunteer. I am driven to learn and pass on my knowledge that I have gained at WYSE to others. WYSE did not only give me the opportunity to understand and learn the skills required to become a good leader, but also aided me in having a greater understanding of myself and the effectiveness that a group can have in making a positive change within our society. The programme is one that I thoroughly enjoyed and one that I would strongly recommend to any person that wishes to improve our society.
Sam van der Lugt
Rotterdam, Netherlands
I have a particular interest in how we all view the world in completely different ways, and though my perception of the world is probably different from yours, it isn’t any better or worse. I am passionate about gathering and sharing the views of others to raise understanding between people. Wyse made me realize that this is what I want to do and has given me the opportunity to get to know people from all around the world. I look forward to supporting others to have the WYSE experience.
Simonetta Togliani
Italy
My name is Simonetta Togliani, I live in Italy teaching yoga, but I was born in Eritrea, and my family has always liked travelling. This is why I think I found in Wyse something like a family. Because I grew up with different cultures, different religions, different languages, I really need to continue this path, it's like feeding my soul.
I would not only belong to the Italian culture, it would be too restrictive to me, I'd rather belong to something more universal.
Wyse has fulfilled this need, and has helped me to develop an understanding about the concept of Service. Unfortunately "Service" is very often not considered. I believe that "Service" is the basis of evolution of human beings and is the deepest gift that each individual can give to the common good.
Stella Alexanyan
Berlin, Germany
I am a co-founder of an organization in Berlin that deals with conflict resolution and reconciliation. We bring together people from conflicting countries who are afraid to meet and discuss their problems, who often don’t have a chance to see the other side of the “fence”. We learn to see the humans behind all kinds of labels and stereotypes.
I believe that WYSE is an invaluable experience and I wish that everyone has an opportunity to have the WYSE experience. WYSE is one of the MOST important doors that I have opened in my life and I am looking forward to helping others to discover WYSE.
William Wardlaw Rogers
London, United Kingdom
I am a better man for the time and space WYSE held for me during a point of transition. 'True Story' I founded to support the expression of 'Creative Social Responsibility' by individuals and organisations.
As a 'Narrative Designer' I seek to author stories that create social impact and identify the stories that have authored social systems. The story of WYSE is of authentic experiences that allow individuals to synthesize their identity and acknowledge themselves as authors of society. William Wardlaw Rogers pulled himself together at WYSE and is an Author.
I am passionate about who I am. I am passionate about what I currently do. WYSE gave me permission to feel that passion and express my Creative Social Responsibility – As an Ambassador I bring that understanding of WYSE to my region. It has been my privilege to be WYSE and increase the time and space I spend in authentic experiences with other individuals and organisations.
It is a continuing privilege to invite people into that understanding
