I am an experienced social development sector professional currently working as Sr. Programme Manager spearheading livelihood development intervention program in BAIF Development Research Foundation, a not-for-profit organization in India. We work for the upliftment of disadvantaged sections of the rural society by providing them with sustainable livelihoods through agriculture development, integrated livestock development, natural resource management, women empowerment and micro-enterprise development. In my current role I am responsible for program designing, internal and external liaison, conducting research, knowledge management and ensure smooth program implementation. I look forward to WYSE Leadership coaching program for guiding me to effectively and efficiently manage my programs for ensuring the best outcomes.
