Paul V Mathew PhD, MBA is a Project Management Specialist having more than a decade experience in programme management, strategic planning, policy analysis & teaching, and research. Specialized in sustainability and institution building, Dr.Paul focused on building a team of skilled youth who are contributing to the sustainability of society. He was a Chief Minister Fellow at Government of Delhi. Dr. Paul was the State Team Leader of Responsible Tourism Initiatives, Government of Kerala. Also, He also worked as the Chief Project Officer at LSG Dept Kerala, and Senior Programme Manager at ASAP, Govt. of Kerala. Dr. Paul has associated with various national and international agencies like UNDP, ADB, World Bank, UNWTO etc in various development programmes. Dr.Paul authored five books and published many articles in international peer reviewed journals. He was the Research Lead at Indian School of Democracy.
